Eclair is a Scala-based Lightning Network implementation developed by ACINQ, the company behind the Phoenix mobile Lightning wallet. Known for its reliability and performance in production environments, Eclair is deployed in major Lightning service providers and exchanges. ACINQ also maintains Eclair Mobile and has pioneered trampoline routing, a technique enabling mobile-friendly Lightning payments without full routing tables.
