What happens if I lose all 4 X1 Cards but keep the vault? You cannot recover your wallet with the vault alone — you need any 2 of the 5 shares. This is by design. This is why distributing cards across multiple locations is the correct usage pattern, not keeping them all together.
Is Cypherock X1 compatible with other wallet software? Cypherock uses BIP39/BIP32 key derivation, so wallets recovered from Cypherock can be imported into any compatible wallet software using the optional seed phrase export feature. cySync is the primary interface for normal use.
Can I use Cypherock X1 with Bitcoin-only wallet software like Sparrow? Not directly via its native interface — cySync manages the wallet. However, you can export a BIP39 seed and import it into Sparrow for Bitcoin-only use.
