KeepKey
Cold Storage
KeepKey is a hardware wallet originally launched in 2015 and acquired by ShapeShift in 2017. It features a large, high-contrast display and supports Bitcoin alongside dozens of other cryptocurrencies. KeepKey was notable for being one of the earliest hardware wallets to offer a premium design with a big screen for verifying transactions. After ShapeShift decentralized in 2021, KeepKey was sold to the team behind ShapeShift and continues to be developed. It uses the same open-source firmware as other Trezor-compatible devices.

The Nano X features a larger screen than its predecessors, a built-in battery for mobile use, and can store up to 100 apps simultaneously.
